This is the first version of the Multimodal - Weld Defect Detection sample app
showcasing a Vision and time series defect detection use case by detecting the anomalous welding.

- Docker compose deployment on single node

  - Introduced a comprehensive sample application combining vision (video inspection) and time-series sensor analytics 
    for industrial weld defect detection.
  - Fusion analytics module integrates results from both modalities for improved anomaly detection.
  - Weld data simulator generates synchronized video streams (RTSP) and time-series data (MQTT).
